Deliverables:
1. Partners participate in the Rural Impact Learning Lab and gain strategies, knowledge, and peer support for project sustainability. (Budget Periods or BP 1 & 2)
2. Partners launch their own sustainability strategy with grants, fundraising, and earned income options. (Budget Period 2)
Planned Activity:
"Launch a statewide network of rural partners who have the knowledge, skills, and peer support for sustaining programs and partnerships beyond the grant."
Deliverables:
1. Rural health organizations across the state participate in Rural Impact Learning Lab to gain knowledge and skills to sustain health initiatives long-term. (BP 1 & 2)
2. Statewide in-person workshops and convenings support capacity building and peer learning. (BP 1 & 2)
Planned Activity:
"Implement a custom sustainability strategy to sustain programming after the grant period."
Deliverables:
1. Partner with the Rural Impact Lab to prepare a funding sustainability roadmap for the project. (Map+Compass, $6,000)
2. Participate in the Rural Impact Learning Lab to build internal capacity for developing a diversified funding plan. ($3,600/year)
3. Implement the grant sustainability strategy with support from a subject matter expert / grant coach. ($3,000/year)
Federal / State Proposal Development
Allowable as an indirect cost. Includes end-to-end project management and submission. Prices vary from $15,000 to $25,000+. Contact us for opportunity pricing.
Fractional / Shared Grant Strategist
Allowable as an indirect cost. Long-term personalized expert grant support, including development of 10-12 foundation grant proposals per year. $36,000; custom options available.
